Jaike Dale

Exercise Physiologist
Jaike is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people recover from injury, improve their health, and achieve their goals through exercise and movement. He holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from The University of Western Australia, following undergraduate studies in Human Biology and Sport Science.
Jaike has a strong interest in occupational health, injury rehabilitation, and exercise-based recovery. He works closely with clients to develop personalised programs that improve strength, function, and confidence while supporting long-term health and wellbeing.

Jaike believes successful rehabilitation starts with understanding each person's unique goals and challenges. By combining evidence-based exercise prescription with education and support, he helps clients build confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Jaike is a keen AFL player and enjoys staying active through sport. His involvement in team sports has helped shape his collaborative approach to healthcare and his passion for helping people perform at their best.
