Charlene is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and complex injury management. She holds qualifications in Human Anatomy, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy, bringing a comprehensive understanding of movement, recovery, and long-term health outcomes.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, Charlene worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, developing extensive expertise in exercise prescription, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and strength-focused recovery programs. She is passionate about helping people regain confidence, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy.

In addition to her clinical work, Charlene has held senior leadership positions in public health, worked alongside elite sporting teams, and taught within both Curtin University's School of Physiotherapy and The University of Western Australia. This diverse experience allows her to combine clinical expertise with a practical, patient-centred approach to rehabilitation.
