Charlene brings a robust background in rehabilitation, holding a double major in Human Anatomy and Exercise Physiology from the University of Western Australia. She went on to earn her Physiotherapy qualifications from Curtin University's School of Physiotherapy.
With a strong foundation in both academic study and hands-on experience as an exercise physiologist and personal trainer, Charlene has become a specialist in Pilates-based and gym-based rehabilitation, as well as targeted exercise prescription.
She is also a certified PINC & STEEL Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, NEXT Steps trainer, and Lymphoedema Practitioner. Through the PINC & STEEL program, Charlene designs personalised rehabilitation plans to support individuals recovering from cancer.
Her diverse professional experience includes a senior management role in public health, working and travelling with elite sports teams, and teaching positions at Curtin University’s School of Physiotherapy and the University of Western Australia's School of Anatomy and Human Biology.
